DUAL MANDATE
There is something about a brand new house. The feeling when its all fresh, bright and gorgeously crisp around the edges. This is it! To begin with, the location is key. Locals will know our tree-kissed Musson street but for those that don't, I suggest you do. I am a philodendron and admittedly that began my journey with this property. The tree guarding the house has been there longer than we all have and it opens up the entrance for you to view this new entry into the market. An Andrew Greeff design with a contemporary feel but with such earthy tones it creates a beautiful contrast and balance which is very appealing. The entrance hall quietly nurtures you in and provides an excellent first impression. Its grand, voluminous and inviting. The open plan space will appeal to many and of course the fact that it is entirely single level.
The cocktail bar and lounge are just one of many social zones that you can engage in. Alongside is the cellar which is well thought out and positioned strategically for guests to relax almost instantaneously. Its easy to do that in this home. The kitchen is large, with SMEG fittings completing a very impressive dining/cooking sphere and scullery.
The four large bedrooms are spacious, all en-suite and with the marble finishes to the tiles in the bedrooms, even Cleopatra would approve! The well-positioned guest area with a kitchenette is set apart from the main house and is impressive. There is an additional room which can be a study or smaller bedroom or lounge. The Garapa-decked patio is a remarkable feature since the entire home is drawn to it like bees to honey. It envelopes the outdoor entertainment area of the property and with a sun-quenching pool everyone is taken care of for those long, lazy, languishing and gin-soaked summer days.
There is so much more to tell you since I like this property and it is most certainly worth viewing for so many different reasons.
Viewings are strictly by appointment only.
